Redstone is a deep red/brown firing clay in Oxidation. Not recommended for reduction. Texture is 80 mesh. Strong dark coloured glaze response 1240℃. Suitable as a mid fire clay. Recommended bisque 1000℃ and glaze 1220-1260℃. Shrinkage rate Bisque 4%. Earthenware 9%. Midfire 14%.
