Description
This particular fireclay is a finer version of Hallam and contains a large percentage of the original granite minerals, approx. 30% of +30 mesh minerals, primarily quartz and micas. Useful in blending stoneware bodies. To closer match the old Hallam Fireclay blend 60/40 with Fine White Grog. Ideal for Pizza Ovens when mixed with Refractory cement and Grog. Fires to a flecked buff colour. Suitable up to stoneware temperatures.
